Draft Updated Policy Document and Upcoming Open Houses

The Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority has been working on updating its guiding policy document, currently titled “Policies, Procedures and Guidelines for the Administration of Ontario Regulation 155/06 and Land Use Planning Policy Document (2011)". The Policy Document lays out the NPCA’s commitment to a watershed-based planning approach and is used by the NPCA to make decisions related to land-use and environmental planning. A draft of the new document, titled “The Living Landscape Policies”, will be presented to the public at a series of upcoming open house events.
